Words and Wisps: Bookonomics and Writing Towards the Knot
Part of the magic in visiting several books at once is making introductions between authors—across the confines of pages, time, and geography.
Words and Wisps is a personal ritual and reminder to write weekly and assemble monthly. Stitching together photos and handwritten notes to create a space for slow scrolling, minimal hyperlinking, and thinking through ink. This is evolving and experimental in nature and I welcome your thoughts as you read along.
Question
When was the last time you truly enjoyed your own company? What were(n’t) you doing?
Bookonomics
You pay for a book twice. First when you buy it and second when you invest the time to read it.
You open up a book twice. First when you invite it home and it offers you its jacket. Second when you invite its ideas into your mind and it bares its spine.

Write Towards the Knot
What's preventing you from writing is worth writing about. The experience you're avoiding needs articulating. Let it reaffirm and inform a better way. Then go create it for yourself.
